- Janseva Has Running Vocation skill training program at Pandharkawada on Electronics, Motor Mechanic, Beauty Parlor, Sewing Machine and Computer Skills through MAHARASHTRA STATE SKILL DEVELOPEMENT SOCIETY and District Industrial Center
- From June 2015 Janseva has working with Tata Trust, Mumbai for Improving Learning Outcomes in Primary Schools and Facilitating Skill Development of Youth in Yavatmal Block.
- Janseva Working on Watershed management (Water and soil Conservation, Community development and livelihood in 12 villages of 10000 hq. through Nabard, Agriculture department and Wasundhara in Yavatmal, Wardha and Hingoli district.
- Janseva Working with Tata AIG Micro insurance policy with 5000 women in Yavatmal district and National award received by Tata TIG Micro Insurance for spread work in rural area of Maharashtra
- Facilitation for SHG through SBI and Sampada Trust, Ahemadnagar for Micro finance with tribal women.
- Facilitation of Housing finance programme for SHGs through the support of SwarnPragati Housing micro finance ltd.Delhi.
- Work with Agriculture department for preparation of various project DPR on SamajikWanikaran, PanlotKshetraVikas in Yavatmal, Chandrapur and Wardha District.
- Monitoring of Government Total Sanitation programme in Satara Block
- Implementation Capacity building programme of Panchayat Raj Institution, Panchayat Samiti Members and Gramsevak through BRGF
- Since 2010 Janseva is working with UNICEF for Child protection and child rights, formation and strengthening of Village level child protection committee. Communities and systems have the knowledge and skills to protect children from violence, abuse, exploitation, traditional harmful practices and unnecessary family separation in four Blocks of Yavatmal District
